What data we collect
- When you message us on WhatsApp: your phone number, your name if you share it, and what you write.
- When you sign up as a member at the club: the details needed for your membership, including your ID document. This happens in person, not through this website.
- When you browse this site: we don't use analytics or tracking. See the cookie policy.
Why we use it
To answer your messages, manage your membership and meet our legal obligations as an association. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.
Legal basis
Your consent when you contact us, and the membership relationship once you join (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b), plus our legal obligations (art. 6.1.c).
How long we keep it
Messages: as long as needed to answer you. Member data: while you are a member, and afterwards only for the time the law requires.
Who we share it with
Nobody, unless the law requires it. WhatsApp is a service of Meta, which processes messages under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, or object to or limit how we use it. Write to with a copy of your ID. If you think we haven't handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
